Learn MoreMy appointment was for check in at 9:30am and procedure at 10:30am. Everything was very late and doctors we’re running behind. After waiting a long time and not able to drink water, when I was finally taken back the prep area was quite crowded but everyone was efficient and it went well. Dr Turse was great and there were no other issues.
Very professional staff and a very pleasant experience. The MD was running late and the center actually called me at home to let me know I could come in later so I didn’t have a long wait at the center.
The wait was excessive. My appointment was for 1020 AM.I got there at 1005.I did not see the doctor til a little after 12.When a lady who came in after me was called in I went up to the desk to check on when I would be seen.( I thought they forgot about me) The woman at the desk was rude. She said they were "backed up" and the doctor would whatever time with me that I needed. After I saw the doctor for about 3 minutes he told me to make another appointment. So I went out to the desk and told the woman I was supposed to make another appointment. She told me to have a seat and someone would get to me ! I left.It was 1213 PM.
